Beaulieu Motor Museum

Set in the New Forest, Beaulieu is home to the World Famous "National Motor Museum". However, there is more than that at Beaulieu and other attractions include The Palace House & Gardens, 13th Century Abbey and various Rides & Drives.

The National Motor Museum. Here you will find more than 250 of the world's oldest, fastest, slowest and some of the silliest cars ever made. There is also the "1939 English Country Garage" where you can find out how they looked after cars in the 1930's. In the interactive "hands-on"workshop you can test your reactions as well as learn how cars work.

Explore the History of the Car

There is also the "Wheels" ride where you can explore the 100 year old history of the car. Exhibits within the centre include Bluebird, the World Land Speed record holder, various F1 Grand Prix cars and rally cars.

Palace House & Gardens - Take some time to wander around the Monatgu Family Home exploring the rooms and listening to the characters you meet on the way ! In the gardens you are whisked back to the 1800's and the Victorian garden.

The Abbey - Although much of the Abbey was destroyed, you can still wander around the ruins and imagine what it was like.There is an exhibition about the Monks who founded the Abbey and how they lived in the 13th Century.

Rides & Drives - Ride the Monorail around the site or tour round on a replica 1912 open topped London bus. For younger guests there are Mini-Bikes and Veteran cars.
