Bournemouth is our home and we would rather be no other place in the UK than here. It features a more relaxed way of life and a combination of a cosmopolitan and traditional seaside / resort community. In actual fact and according to a survey and poll reported in the BBC. That Bournemouth is indeed the happiest town in the UK.
What makes it happy is not just the “dazzling Bournemouth nightlife and shops” as our Mayor rightly put it. It is also the sense of community between friends and family, and of course the magnificent sea air sandy beaches.
We have many friends and acquaintances in Bournemouth and overtime we will add them to this page. We would like to mention Bullock and Lees a well renowned Bournemouth estate agency that offer homes for sale and rent in Bournemouth and the suburbs. Our friends at the Bournemouth International Centre that feature some amazing shows and events that ranges from comedy, theatre, drama, and dances.
Social Media and the Web
We like to think of ourselves as not just a traditional guesthouse, we also keep in tune with modern and shifting times. To this end and with the help of Sonet Digital a new media agency here we are developing the hotel online which includes our new website, and utilizing social media applications such as the Cavendish Hotel Twitter account and our myJournal blog (See the icons to the right of the page). We are still new to it and overtime will be blogging and tweeting – as the expression goes.
