Rooms: All rooms are en-suite with either shower or bath, they all have central heating, colour T.V’s, clock radios’, hair dryers and hospitality trays.
Supplements: We do not charge a single room supplement.
Children: 0-2 years free. 2-14 years half price.
Deposits: A £20 per person deposit is required on all bookings.
Cancellations: If a confirmed booking is cancelled and we are able to re-let without loss, the total deposit paid will be returned less a £10 re-letting charge. Should we suffer loss, or be unable to re-let, the limit of your liability to us will be no more than the deposit paid.
